A medium deep ruby color, that tempts you to taste it. The aroma is dominated by ripe blackberries and cherry compote, complemented by elegant aromas of wood, smoke and tobacco, while red currants and violets give it a wonderful freshness. When tasting, we get the sweet-sour harmony of red currants and cherries, complemented by shades of winter and summer plums. Bright acids and inviting tannins provide excellent support for this fresh, spicy-woody wine. Due to its clean flavor profile, it goes well with more pronounced dishes.
